COMMUNITY GROUPS AND ACTIVITIES

Starting 10th September 2018, this new group is a fun music session for parents/carers and their babies and toddlers aged four months to four years. Typical Little Larks sessions involve singing new and familiar songs, playing musical games using puppets and other engaging props, actions and gross motor movement, percussion instruments, listening activities, exciting early years themes - plus opportunities to hear music performed live!

The local WeightWatchers group holds two weekly meetings in Whalley Church, on Wednesdays at 10am and 5.30pm. Visit the WeightWatchers website for more info.
We meet most Fridays from September to May between 7.30pm to 9.30pm. We welcome beginners and experienced dancers to join the group. There is no need to bring a partner, but advisable to wear flat shoes. Cost is £3 per evening, including tea and biscuits.

There are two Beavers groups in Whalley - Friday evenings from 5.45pm till 6.45pm at the Methodist Church and also Monday night at Whalley Primary School running from 6.30 till 7.30 pm. Ideal time to join the waiting list is as young as possible as we are a popular group. We take both boys and girls aged from just before the age of 6 and up to the age of 8.
