Come along and join the free 30 minute mobility classes on Mondays at 11am, run by Ryan Clark Fitness of Clitheroe. The benefits of regular exercise are endless. Just doing a couple of 30 minute classes a week can improve your cardio which in turn can reduce the risk of heart disease and even lower your blood pressure. You can go at your own pace. The classes are designed so that they are inclusive to all no matter what your age or ability. Come along and have fun - the rest will look after itself. Refreshments are available after the class in the adjoining hall. For further information click HERE to visit our website or phone 07851 481999.
